Festliche Chormusik der Renaissance erklingt in diesem NoonSong. W\u00e4hrend die Musik des p\u00e4pstlichen Komponisten Palestrina zum Inbegriff katholischer Kirchenmusik wurde, sind die \u00e4hnlich meisterlichen Kompositionen des Spaniers da Victoria heute kaum bekannt. Die Werke dieses Nachfolgers Palestrinas zeichnen sich durch Klangsch\u00f6nheit und Ausdrucksst\u00e4rke aus. Erstmals im NoonSong wird die Psalmvertonung “O dieu” des Amsterdamer Komponisten Sweelinck erklingen.
