Der heutige NoonSong f\u00fchrt musikalisch 1000 Jahre zur\u00fcck, zum Ursprung der notierten Musik. Der einstimmige liturgische Gesang verschmolz im ersten Jahrhundert arabische, griechische und j\u00fcdische Musikformen. Um die Jahrtausendwende erreichte der gregorianische Choral als hoch differenzierte Kunstform einen H\u00f6hepunkt.
