Nur f\u00fcnf Quellen gibt es f\u00fcr den altr\u00f6mischen Choral, eine Fr\u00fchform des gregorianischen Chorals aus dem 5. bis 7. Jahrhundert. Faszinierend sind seine langen schweifenden Melodien, welche die S\u00e4nger wie die Zuh\u00f6renden in meditative Versenkung einstimmt.
