Mit zu Herzen gehenden Kl\u00e4ngen spricht uns die Vokalmusik der Romantik an. In der geistlichen Chormusik kn\u00fcpfen sie an die Vorbilder aus der Renaissance an und finden oft zu unerwartet strengen und erhabenen Ergebnissen, wie Rheinberger in seinem “Ex Sion”. Ganz im Gegensatz dazu ist Albert Beckers Psalmvertonung fast orchestral disponiert.
