Erhaben und eindringlich ist die hymnische Chormusik in diesem NoonSong. Insbesondere die \u00fcber 500 Jahre alte Komposition des “Meisters der Polyphonie” Desprez dr\u00fcckt die Wunderkraft Gottes bewegend aus. Diese Motette ist eines der wenigen Werke Josquins, das eher akkordisch als polyphon ist und dadurch einen eher hymnischen Charakter aufweist. Die satte, tiefe Lage der Stimmen erzeugt eine direkte, menschliche und eindringliche Wirkung.
