Dieser bewegende Text, der fest verortet im Morgengebet der Kirche (Laudes) ist, wird sowohl im Evangelium nach Lukas gelesen als auch nochmals in einer Vertonung des Renaissance-Fürsten Carlo Gesualdo da Venosa zu hören sein.
